Making PET preforms at Nanded since 2019
Iva Polymers Pvt. Ltd. manufactures PET preforms for drinking water bottles at MIDC Nanded, Maharashtra. The plant started in 2019 with a single machine and now runs three, producing 8 tonnes of preforms a day across seven weights and two neck finishes - Alaska, and 26/22 short neck.

Our Products
Preforms, film, and closures from December
Seven preform weights across two neck finishes, 80 micron shrink film in three widths, and a SACMI CCM48SF compression moulding press arriving in December 2026.
The Plant
What is on the floor
Three PET molding machines, on-site resin drying and chilling, and a range that stays deliberately narrow.
8 Tonnes a Day
Current daily production across the three machines is 8 tonnes of preforms.
A Servo Machine on the Floor
The newest addition, the Milacron Q-PET Servo 150, is servo-driven - the drive type used where shot weight needs to repeat closely.
Seven Weights, Two Neck Finishes
Alaska neck at 12 g, 12.8 g, 18 g and 18.8 g, and 26/22 short neck at 7.1 g, 10.5 g and 16.5 g.
Resin Dried On Site
Dryer and chiller units at the plant condition the PET resin before it reaches the molding machines.
Closures From December 2026
A SACMI cap and closure machine is being installed, extending what the plant makes beyond the preform.
