A preform plant built one machine at a time
Established in 2019 at MIDC Nanded, Iva Polymers Pvt. Ltd. has grown from a single molding machine to three, supplying PET preforms to packaged drinking water bottlers.

What we do, plainly
Iva Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is a PET preform manufacturer based at D-7, MIDC Industrial Area, Nanded, Maharashtra. Our main business is the manufacture of PET preforms for drinking water bottles, supplied to bottlers who blow and fill them on their own lines.
The plant was established in 2019 with one Windsor Armour 150 machine. A Milacron Q-PET 230 followed in 2022 and a servo-driven Milacron Q-PET Servo 150 in 2026. Together they produce 8 tonnes of preforms a day.
Our range covers seven weights across two neck finishes - Alaska neck at 12 g, 12.8 g, 18 g and 18.8 g, and 26/22 short neck at 7.1 g, 10.5 g and 16.5 g. A SACMI cap and closure line is being commissioned for December 2026.

Resin storage, the molding floor, the finished-goods area and the loading bay all sit within the same plant at D-7, MIDC Industrial Area, Nanded.
Our Journey
2019 to today
Each step here is a machine that went onto the floor.

Factory Established
Production began at MIDC Nanded with a single injection molding machine, a Windsor Armour 150.
- 2022
Second Machine
A Milacron Q-PET 230 was added, raising output and widening the range of preform weights we could run.
- 2026
Third Machine
A servo-driven Milacron Q-PET Servo 150 joined the floor, taking daily production to 8 tonnes.
- Dec 2026
Caps & Closures
A SACMI cap and closure line is being commissioned, extending the range from preform to closure.
