Alaska Neck PET Preforms
Four weights
PET preforms in the Alaska neck finish, made for drinking water bottles. Available in four weights - 12 g, 12.8 g, 18 g and 18.8 g - so a bottler can pick the weight a given bottle needs while keeping the same neck finish across the range. Molded at our Nanded plant from resin dried on site, collected on take-out conveyors and packed into bulk bags for dispatch.

26/22 Short Neck PET Preforms
Three weights, from 7.1 g
PET preforms in the 26/22 short neck finish, in three weights - 7.1 g, 10.5 g and 16.5 g. At 7.1 g this is the lightest preform we make. Produced on the same three machines as our Alaska neck range, from resin dried on site, and packed the same way into bulk bags for dispatch.

80 micron, three widths
Shrink film for bundling bottles into multipacks, supplied in 80 micron across three widths - 480 mm, 500 mm and 550 mm - to suit common bottle formats and shrink tunnels. Bottlers already taking preforms from us can add film to the same order.

SACMI CCM48SF compression moulding press
A SACMI CCM48SF compression moulding press is being installed at our Nanded plant, with production planned from December 2026. It will run at a capacity of 80 million caps per month, extending what we make beyond the preform to the closure itself. Enquiries are welcome ahead of commissioning.
