Three PET injection molding machines at MIDC Nanded, supported by on-site resin drying and chilling, producing 8 tonnes of preforms a day.

2022The second machine on the floor, added three years after the plant opened.

2026A servo-driven PET machine and the newest of the three.
Resin Drying & Chilling
Dryer and chiller units on site that condition PET resin ahead of molding.
Material Handling
A gantry hoist and pallets move resin sacks into the plant and bagged preforms out to dispatch.

Dec 2026Under installation now, with production planned from December 2026.
Production Process
From resin to dispatch
Resin sacks come in at one end of the plant and bagged preforms are loaded at the other.
Resin Intake & Drying
PET resin is dried before molding - dryer and chiller units on site condition it before it reaches the machines.
Injection Molding
Preforms are molded on our three PET machines - the Windsor Armour 150 and the two Milacron Q-PET systems.
Take-Out & Collection
Preforms leave the machine on take-out conveyors and are gathered at the collection tables beside each line.
Bulk Packing & Dispatch
Preforms are packed into bulk bags, held in the finished-goods area and loaded onto trucks for delivery.
